Honestly, I have to agree with her! It is definitely an all of the above sort of shade. Checking it out even more, celebrities are already rocking this shade with some stunning dresses -- even Sephora got into this year's official color. Marsala is definitely a shade I believe would look flattering on anyone -- however, it's a very earthy hue. My style suggestion would be to let that be the boldest color you have on. Dress it with blacks and very dark blue (Denim), Gold, Forest Greens, brown, Gray and even some of the darker nudes look amazing with this. Feeling a little daring? Try pairing it with a more leafy green, sea foam blue, or even a darker fuchsia color. Marsala adds a lusty shade when it comes to your skin tone. Sephora already has some great products available to use. I personally love the darker lip shade, especially if you have a tan or olive complexion. It looks amazing! Just like in the pictures, I would use different shades of the Marsala, have a focal point (like your lips), and then add a lighter shade elsewhere (Cheeks or eyes).
