We all have those mornings were we are in such a hurry we eat poorly for breakfast or even worse we forget to eat breakfast at all! Forget skipping breakfast, skip those eggo waffles and sugary cereals and start the day with an easy nutritious breakfast! This recipe is great because you can prepare the quinoa the night before and eggs only take a few minutes to make you can even make hard boiled eggs the night before and just slice them over the quinoa. This breakfast is packed with nutrients and a lot of protein! Add some healthy fats to this meal by slicing an avocado.
