I don't know about you, but Sunday...I ate like a Goddess. Ham, asparagus, mashed potatoes, cake, pie, appetizers, candy, peeps -- ugh it was food galore. Monday morning has rolled back around and now it's time to start the work week yet again. I found an awesome Yoga sequence to do this week to inspire you a little bit for a quick, early morning work-out.
Hold each pose for 5 deep breathes. If you fall, don't fret, just take a deep breathe and get back into position to continue your breathing and the pose.
After your Monday morning work out, be sure to take a nice hot (or cold) shower. Make some fresh tea, and get ready for your day.
